DH refered to it as a 'Bump-a-saurs Rex' (as it's making me act like a right stroppy cow), which although I don't mind, it also sounds a bit like a crazy sex position/dance move.

Orangina.

S'exotic innit?!

It started out as a joke when we were discussing names and kind of stuck and even my mum, who normally doesnt do silly things like that, calls her "Gina" :o

Rearding her actual name when she is born.....

DS2 (5), on being asked his opinion during a car journey where the whole family were discussing names for the baby, decided that on careful reflection and after much consideration, she should be called....

Mrs PooPants. To be fair, it may yet come to that, as at 40+2, we are still no nearer deciding what to call her!

Bump, but DP started calling Bump Spatula... even he admits it's a little odd and he doesn't know why but apparently it just feels right! Confused

laurieleigh · 26/05/2011 08:16

We've got a 'raspberry'!

DizzyKipper · 26/05/2011 09:29

Early days yet, still no bump, but right now calling him/her the little lodger Smile

nickelbabe · 26/05/2011 10:08

Our bumps' name has now been changed.
ChaosTrulyReigns has suggested we call it "isbn" (pronounced Iz-b'n)
cos I'm a bookseller, so it works (isbn is the book number unique to each book, for those who don't know)(normally pronounced I-S-B-N)
DH has agreed it fits cos I'm surrounded by books all day.

First one was 'bambino' second one was 'bubba'.
DP used to refer to me and my burgeoning bump as 'the mothership' Hmm
I can't repeat what I used to say to him when he said that!

nickelbabe · 26/05/2011 10:57

(i've just notice that my crap typing meant I put bumps' when I meant bump's.
sorry Blush )

IamMrsJones · 26/05/2011 11:05

Mine is currently called Roger, as in Roger the Lodger. Hope that doesn't stick!

DD was baby bear for a while, as when I was early in pg DH and I were eating a lot of porridge.

That morphed into Yogi (as in bear), then we called her by her name when we found out the sex.

Continuing the theme, this one is Fozzy (bear), and will continue to be, as we don't know the sex this time.

Fidget... I'm only 5,2 so my family call me "Midget", my little sister took to calling the baby "Fidget" when she got to feel the movements... it's stuck
