Swollen ankles

Just wondering if anyone has some advice for me. I'm only 21weeks gone but at the end of each day my ankles are HUGE. I work in an office and have a two hour car commute per day. When I go to bed I prop them right up on pillows and in the morning they are back to normal. Is there anything I can do during the day to ease the pressure? I have a foot rest and try to get out for a big walk in lunch break but I'm sure there must be something else I could do?
Thanks

Try flight socks (compression stockings). I am also 21 weeks and I just went on holiday and my feet and ankles were swollen most days, which I think was a combination of the heat and driving long journeys in the car. However, the days I wore the flight socks they were fine. You can get ones that look like tights so you can wear with normal work shoes etc.
