Can you see a line???

Am i imagining things or is there a really faint line on this test??? I am due AF in about 3 days. had a feeling my eggo was preggo so took a test and there was a whisper of a line so have been POAS for the last few days and this is my test from last night. it does look darker in real life but not much darker. Couldnt really capture it truly on cam.

Really difficult to see on photo. I had feint lines with this pregnancy for 3 days in a row, but in the past have been fooled by an evapouration line (checked again after time had elapsed). Only advice I can give is do another test tomorrow first thing? Fingers crossed for you.

To be honest I have no idea what I am looking at - it doesn't look like any preg test I've ever seen. There's a grey line in the middle - is that it?

Cattleprod - it's a £ shop cheapie, or one of those you buy in bulk from ebay or suchlike.

I can't see a line though on it - not even a squinter, sorry.

OppositeOfBlooming - I did rather loudly at that.

I've used those tests before and I've been fooled by evaporation lines on them, they're really prone to it for some reason. I can see something faintly in the place where the positive line would be but this is also the same spot where I've had evap lines.

My advice would be to nip to Asda or Tesco and get one of their own brand tests or the local chemists for a First Response or similar and pee on a different brand of stick.

If you can see it then it's a line!

I had similar "is that a line" experience.

She's 5 now!

Nowt wrong with poundland tests or ebay cheapies. You read them in the time and then chuck them, as per the instructions. No need to spend money on more tests. I think the fact that your period isn't even due for 3 days is your problem.

Hold off a wee bit. I know it's hard.

Yes I might just do that. Dp saw the line aswell so i know there is defo something there and its defo light pink. I guess time will tell either way..I wish i had more patience...

My "is that a line" was from testing 5 days early - I am similarly impatient!

Have you ever used twoweekwait? There are lots of posters on there who will 'tweak' the pic to check whether there is colour and make it easier to see!

I'm not sure. However I had an 'is that a line' test too, and did turn out to be pg, but I didn't get a clear result until around 3 days later.

You'll test again this weekend anyway if you're anything like me.

I had a faint line too and took several more tests..not sure why :)

I can see it.....to the left of the test line? REALLY faint but I see it.....it's like a shadow.

I can maybe see the faintest of faint lines, but until my most recent pregnancy I got very good at squinting at those type of tests and if I held them at a certain angle by the window I could always convince myself there was a line.
I tested 7 days early (I know, I know, waste of money!) with my last pregnancy and got a positive on midday urine on a 4 day early test. So if you really can't wait (and I know I never could), why not get a first response, don't drink much and test this afternoon/evening?

Definitely a line. Do you have any ovulation sticks of the same brand? I had a couple of 'that is a line isn't it?' with the pregnancy tests and I ran out of those so tried an ovulation one, line came up dark and quickly.
I know this is not a recommended way of testing at all but worked for me.

You could use a digital one which will spell out pregnant/not pregnant or is too early for one of those

I think its a bit early for a dig...oh my im scared...i have a one and two year old but ill be fine(if i am)

I dont have any ov sticks..I will get a FR later to use tomorrow morning.

Oh im excited/scared!

It is unplanned but will still be good news!! Always wanted a big fam close together although i think dp will loose a few more hairs if he finds out it is defo a BFP!
