AM I ENTITLED TO ANY BENEFITS OR GRANTS FOR A 2ND BABY....

Last time i was pregnant i got a sure start grant for 500.00, but from what i can see i will miss out on the 500.00 and now the other grant for 190.00 has ended in Jan does anyone one if im entitled to anything else our income is less than 30k a year.....

Child benefit, obviously and you might get tax credits once baby is born.

It's only recently changed again so I recommend the directGov website as that has a calculator thing on it.

From what I've read there's nothing. I'm expecting DC3 and the surestart grant is only for the first child (although I didn't claim it for the other 2 that doesn't matter) and the £190 has been stopped. DH's earnings have dropped from £30k to £13k since DC2.
