Bump shape and size in same woman

Disclaimer - this is a bit of fun, and just looking for anecdotal 'evidence' for my theory:

I'm 16 weeks pg with baby number 3. I'm sure this is a boy for a number of reasons, one being that I'm carrying exactly the same way as with both boys (my weight and body shape has completely changed between pregnancies due to weight loss and weight gain).

I don't believe the usual theories about how one carries denoting gender, as for every 'high and at the front, must be a boy', there's someone who's carried a girl the same. However, I wonder if there are differences between pregnancies for the same woman; has anyone carried different sexes differently?

I carried dd1/3 at the front and dd2 all over.

I carried very differently.

Son 1 was all at the front and all belly

twins who were girls I carried everywhere and put on weight everywhere

twins who are boys was all belly and all out front exactly as I carried son 1

So very different for me too. Both ds 1 and 2 carried low and wide. I'm now 36 weeks with dd and have benen high and all outinfront from the beginning.

In fact this pregnancy has been so different from the 2 previous ones in every way than I just knew it had to be a girl.

i got a bigger bum with dd than i had had with ds1 and ds2.

also my shape changed completely AFTER ds1 was born, i went from being slim but curvy to very boyish shaped, no arse, no hips. stayed that way after ds2 born. now dd is 16 months and my shape has changed back to much more curvy again, i have a sticky outy bottom and none of my jeans from the last 10 years fit properly.

I'm 16 weeks too. At this stage with DS I still had a completely flat stomach, no bump at all. This time I've got a bump already, and it seems pretty similar in shape to DS's, just a few weeks earlier!
