Maternity sewing patterns

I've been thinking about a wedding I have to go to at about 29 weeks, in Spain, and having a quiet panic about what to wear, especially as I'm carrying twins, so am likely to be pretty big (will be! ha! am already...).

I haven't seen a thing in all the maternity shops that I'd wear, and I was prepared to shell out for something reasonably smart. Anyhow, I then had a thought: that I ought to be able to actually make something myself - at least it would then be a colour that I'd like to wear, and a material as well.

So: anyone able to recommend good sewing patterns for maternity? The standard Simplicity / Butterick ones seem fairly non-existent so far, so I might have to adapt a non-maternity one (eek: would need help for that!).

Any ideas? :)

Burda magazine does maternity patterns in every August edition. So that's really helpful is it! You could look on ebay for old copies. They do have glam dresses. Normal Burda patterns quite often have the same patterns in them but I can't find any decent ones on line, but there are more in shops, I'm sure.
Have you looked on ASOS for dresses, they have quite a selection?
