I am almost 8 weeks pregnant and have been feeling very sick and tired since the beginning. I had a early pregnancy scan yesterday due to strong lower adbo pain but was reassured that all was well, saw a heart beat and everything progressing as it should do. Was told that the pains were probably due to previous adhesions due to two c section.

Today i have woken and i dont feel sick at all and have not felt sick all day. I know this is good but cant help thinking something is wrong. If something has gone wrong, surely all pregnancy symptoms like nausea would not go away so quickly.

I know i am probably worrying for nothing but am just wondering if anyone else has had this. I will probably be chucking my guts up tomorrow now!

Hey Jenjins,
I was the same... had sickness and was really tired etc and then one morning I woke up around week 9/10 and I was totally fine, no sickness or any other symptons at all.. I too was worried but all was fine at my 12 weeks scan. Consider yourself lucky!!
Good luck with the rest of your pregnany x

This happened to me a couple of weeks ago, and as I have a history of mc the epu scanned me and all was fine.

They told me that symptoms really can come and go! And they have........ come back that is.

There is a huge surge of hormones at the start of pregnancy, then this dies down and later there is another surge....so my physio told me. This explains the coming and going of symptoms, same happened me.

I had that last week. Woke up felt "normal". Had a panic. Made a thread here about it.
All symptoms returned the next day.
Feel sick and exhausted today.

Guess what ladies, all symptoms of sickness have returned today! Thanks for all your reassurance...
