Books for Boys

It's my husband's birthday next month, and his main present is sorted. But he's also asked for a book about babies - google tells me there are thousands, so I'm after your recommendations. :) He's 28 and has never had anything to do with babies until now. He'd like to laugh but also to prepare himself for what's coming.

Hi, my DH got the Haines Baby manual - bit tongue in cheek and written in the style of a car maintenance manual but also covers all the useful stuff. My DH is 28 too! Congrats on your pregnancy

My other half is reading 'The Expectant Dad's Survival Guide' By Rob Kemp all the vital info with humour!

my neighbour gave us the mumsnet book which is great and has a dad's section although he read most of the book and found lots of it funny but has a better understanding of what to expect

I think this is just lovely! How sweet that he has asked for a book; obviously a very conscientious to-be dad
