Hi all
Does anyone else find it hard to find nice maternity clothes? Can you let me know your favourite shops? So far ASOS seems best.
Thanks

Jojomamanbebe have some quite nice stuff. It costs about the same as next so not horrifically expensive. I got a denim skirt in there i have been living in since 20 weeks (now 35). New look have some good basic bits and bobs too that won't break the bank.

Mamas and Papas have some nice stuff. I also got a gorgeous t-shirt in GAP.

I like H&M, Gap, some things in New look, just ordered a skirt from Asda, hope that is fine, Top shop do some stuff as well. I went maternity clothes shopping on Oxford street this week and felt really bored with the selection available. I ended up buying a few non-maternity swing vest tops.

H&M is by far the best. Pretty boring but perfect simple things for the summer. and the odd bit from New Look!

No point at all in splashing out on mammas and pappas unless you have money to burn! Or have something special like a wedding.

My thinking is that pregnancy's only 9 months, and i wasn't wearing maternity clothes until 20 weeks!
1 pair of over bump jeans
2 pairs of three quarter length trousers (1 white and 1 black)
Maternity Jeggings
1 Dress
4 Floaty H&M tops in various colours
2 'Nice' tops, slightly more expensive for going for dinner etc!

I'm a size 12 normally, and at 28 weeks am now wearing size 16 in sainsbury;s regular stuff just to boost my wardrobe a bit! :)

What about eBay? I've got cost of my stuff there. You can search by brand name and size for specific items, and I also bought a 'bundle' which gave me a good basic selection

I like asos, h&m, topshop or ebay. Although you are only in them for a short time (compared to your life) you might well have more babies. I am currently pregnant with baby number 3 and am still wearing jeans from baby number 1.
I am a bit addicted to ebay at the moment so I look on there for everything. You can get brand new stuff for a fraction of the cost!! Good luck and happy shopping !

No - i found it hard to stop buying mat clothes and have far too many!
My advice is don't buy too much in one go as you will grow out of even maternity clothes as your bump grows (yes really!).
I found Mamas and Papas, Topshop and Gap my favourites. Mamas and Papas are a bit pricey but I got my bits in there when they had a 30% off all mat clothes week earlier this yr. They also do a few good buy 2 get 3rd free offers on tops and also lingerie.
Don't spend a lot on jeans - I got topshop ones but grew out of them and couldn't wear them after about 24 weeks! In fact I couldn't bear anything tight around my waist so I lived in comfy dresses and leggings with long tops.
Gap stuff is really reasonable in the sale - I got lovely knitwear in their after xmas for £4.99 each top! and some nice tshirts / vests and cropped combat trousers.
Happy shopping!
