Slapped cheek exposure, no immunity

Hello there, just seeking a bit of mumsnet-style reassurance really. I was in contact with my niece over Easter, who then was diagnosed with slapped cheek syndrome (though as I understand it there's no actual test, so it's possible she didn't have it, of course, but something else)

Unfortunately the blood test they did on me shows that I do not have immunity to it. Am now 17 weeks pregnant so still very much in 'danger" window. Seeing doctor again tomorrow but wondering if anyone knows what happens next. Also, if anyone in London happens to know if there's somewhere I can just go and get a scan straightaway just to reasssure myself right now.

I had this situation, had contact with a child with slapped cheek

Firstly -if you have had contracted slapped cheek then you would show immunity or some change in your bloods.

My doctor gave me 2 blood tests over about 1 month period to see if I had contracted disease. I had no immunity in all tests but also more importantly my blood tests showed I had not recently contracted slapped cheek either. Therefore in the clear.

I was very worried so can understand how you feel.
