I got AF cramping last time I got pregnant which I later m/c'd. Every month i just assume I'm not pregnant because I don't get any cramping but is it likely I would experience pains again or have any of you found that you got implantations pains in one pregnancy and then no pains in another one?

I got no pains or implantation bleeding with dd1 (now 3), this time my pg has been different on every level. I'm pg with twins which I found out after having cramps and bleeding - all implantation.

With dd1 I had severe SPD starting at 13w - this time I expected it to return, especially with the extra weight of 2 babies, but so far (now 21w) appart from a couple of niggles my back has been fab.

In short, every pg is different. With the twins I really felt from 5w onwards something wasn't right and so had tests and that's why we found out at 7w it was twins. I felt reassured that I wasn't going crazy and quite pleased that I recognised that something was going on - very glad it was positive news as initially they thought the pg wasn't viable.
