Aqua-natal class in West London???

I'm now 9.5weeks pregnant and would love to find an aqua-natal class that I can start going to as soon as I've had my scan but try as I might I can't find anything in my area...I live in Hillingdon and don't want to travel too far as it would have to be in the evenings as I work full time. Does anyone know of any local classes? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I'm in the Hillingdon area too and found it difficult to find any but I never got round to asking at Northolt Leisure Centre. Seeing as they've just massively refurbished it might be worth asking.

Thanks ldnlady I think they have a daytime class only. I may try going to a normal shallow water aqua class and talk to the instructor and see what they say. I love swimming but would like to have a regular class that i can attend as think I would find the routine of that a bit easier. I did find an aqua-natal class in Windsor which would be just about doable as we're just off the M4 but it's on between 8:30-9:30pm which just seems far too late for PG ladies who are likely to be tired in the evenings! All the others I've found are during the day when I'm at work which isn't much use either! Hillingdon much just be a bit of a black spot for these things!!
