Hi all

I wanted to get other mothers advice or there experiences.
Im 8 weeks pregnant and my neausea has stopped. It started at 5 weeks and now suddenly stopped. (For 3 days) However i still have very tender breasts. Has anyone else experienced this before?

I had a reasurrance scan at 7.2 days and everything was fine. However i was still experiencing morning sickness.
Had a scan as i have had a previous mmc.

Is this normal or should i be concerned this is another mmc??

Please Help?

mine came and went in the early weeks. I wouldn't worry too much but if you get too worried speak to your midwife

I like your name! Make sure you are!
My morning sickness was short lived and definitely gone before 8 weeks.
Fingers crossed for you and take the tender boobs as a good sign.

I'm now 32 weeks and experienced something similar around the 8 week mark. It returned with a vengence a few days later! It tended to come and go with me once I reached about 8-9 weeks and disappeared completely by 14 weeks or so. Like the other posters have said, try not to worry too much but if it's really bothering you call your MW.
Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Exactly the same as newmummy5july2011 - in my first pregnancy, my morning sickness came and went from about 8 weeks, one morning I'd wake up feeling dreadful, wretching etc, then the next 3 days or so I'd feel totally fine, not pregnant AT ALL (so your sore boobs are a good thing!). Then, after 3 or 4 days, the sickness would come back with a vengeance again. It went like this til about 13 weeks.... every time I started to get worried about where the nausea / wretching had gone, it would reappear a few days later!

Strangely, I had some mild MS symptoms with my daughter from 6-8 wks preg, then absolutely NOTHING else all pregnancy.... I even remember telling the sonographers at 12 wk scan that I didnt think I was preg because I had had no symptoms really since 8 wks. All was fine, she's now 2yrs old! Try not to worry (easier said than done though I know!!)

Thank you mummies for all your advice. It means allot!!
I feel abit neurotic with this pregnancy since I lost the first.

I'm going to relax and get on with life. I think it my breasts stop being tender I will go for a private scan for reassurance.

Good luck with your own bundles of Joy.
