big head at scan

if my child has a big head (90+ percentile) at 20 week scan will it have one when it is born?

an odd question but I am just curiosity if anyone knows...

My baby's head measured on 3rd centile throughout and was that size when measured at birth. So, yes, that is a possibility. However, tnere are countless tnreads on how inaccurate scan measurements are.
