Anyone else feel super pregnant in the evening but flat(ish) stomach in the morning?

Hi everybody.

This is my first post...I'm just over 17 weeks with my first and very excited although it still doesn't really seem real.
I really want to have a little bump but in the mornings my stomach feels like it's gone down again and in the evenings I feel like I have a proper bump! Anyone else the same? When did u start to show?
I'm 5ft8 so maybe as I'm tall it takes longer to show a bump?

ha ha ha ha couldn't stop laughing when I read this as reminded me of my first pregnancy, didn't show for 5 months was brill am now 7 weeks with my third and clothes too tight already and already got a sizeable bump all day , feel huge already, no resistance after first so enjoy it!!

It's gas and food. You build it up during the day and then digest or fart it out during the night!!!

Gets even more pronounced second time!!

My first bump appeared at 5 months too.

ah yes the divine flatulence pregnancy symptom all of its own, I have my own personal orchestra!

I've had thus in both pregnancies, not heard the gas theory before!

Someone told me it was because muscle tone gets less as you
relax in the evenings. Not sure if that's true, but I don't think I'm more gassy at night. God forbid!

I've got this big time too.. I'm only 12+6 but in an evening I look like I've got a HUGE belly.. think the biggest beer belly you've ever seen. Come morning it's back to normal (which isn't a six pack but consuiderably flatter).
I had to point it out to my husband this week because he normally only sees me in the evenings so thought I was showing massively!

I'm 5ft 8" and having my first two. I'm 24 weeks and finally have a bit of a bump but up until very recently it was quite flat at the start of the day.
