Symptoms seem to have gone......9 1/2 weeks

Um feeling a little confused! I had sickness, tummy pains and really sore boobs until yesterday. I have just told my family I am pregnant and now the symptoms have all but gone!! Where have they gone? Is this normal? A bad sign?

Reassurance anyone?

Hi, sorry you're feeling worried. It is however normal for symptoms to start to subside around now as the placenta starts to take over around this time. You may find they come back though!!

If you're worried have a word with your mw.

symptoms do come and go but bit unusual for all to go at once, is this your first pregnancy? if I were you I'd try to get an early scan, any spotting at all?

I didn't have a lot of symptoms but what I did have came and went, and went permanently from about 12 weeks.

It's completely normal but if you are worried call the MW or out of hours doctor.

I only saw the MW for the first time yesterday! No spotting. I feel really quite well. Although I am still knackered. I have just had 8 hour sleep and I could go back to bed for another couple!

Yes it is my first pregnancy. Hope I am being paranoid.

I'm sure you are, my symptoms seem to have disappeared in the morning but come back with a vengeance as the day goes on, good luck and don't worry xx
