Funny little purple marks on eyelids,... anyone?

Hi,

This morning I woke up with funny little purple marks (almost like tiny little bruises) above my eye. I can't remember reading about that in anything I've gone through.

Anyone know what might be going on?

Have you been throwing up? I get those marks all across my eyelids and around my eyes after being sick, which seems to be about every 12 hours or so at the moment! It's burst blood capilaries after the straining. If you haven't been throwing up though then I'm stumped!

I was. Its weird because I'm in my third trimester and didn't do so in the first. Thanks for that. :)

I've been throwing up in my third trimester too - didnt happen in first. It's relatively common apparently.....but isnt fair!
