Not the most painful, the worst or anything: just the one that ANNOYS you the most (in my case for its UTTER pointlessness).

In my case it's the bunged up nose. Why? WHY, inventor of pregnancy? Why is it necessary to render it impossible to breathe? Do you have shares in Kleenex or something?

being sick EVERY day for months....

and vomiting the really delicouse nutritous meals that would have had so much goodness in FOR BABY to benefit from, had my body chosen to digest it.

rasta · 06/05/2011 09:16

Restless leg syndrome! Bleuh!

Kimmie30 · 06/05/2011 09:52

Consitpation :( the bain of my life!

FluffyDonkey · 06/05/2011 10:14

Extreme tiredness coupled with waking a million times in the night unable to get back to sleep.

Am 18+4 and I have to say I am not enjoying being pregnant Sad I'm glad I am pregnant and I'm looking forward to the end result, but not the bit in between now and then!!!

BrassicaBabe · 06/05/2011 10:16

Not being able to sleep on my back! Grr

OneBadAsp · 06/05/2011 10:22

taking about six attempts to get out of any chair! obvious reasons, but still annoying!

silverangel · 06/05/2011 10:22

Swollen hands and feet, at only 19 weeks!

Cattleprod · 06/05/2011 10:29

It's a toss up between the trapped wind and the panic attacks!

I know the panic attacks aren't strictly a pregnancy symptom, but following a mmc last year they seem to be the way my brain is dealing with my current pregnancy. There's no logic to them and they are incredibly annoying.

lolajane2009 · 06/05/2011 11:19

heartburn or the need for a winch when getting up...

Xiaoxiong · 06/05/2011 12:04

Spots Angry - as stipulated, not the worst but totally pointless.

Joannezipan · 06/05/2011 12:09

indegestion and being so bloody tired all the time!

d0gFace · 06/05/2011 12:27

Trapped wind for me, but still early days.

minibmw2010 · 06/05/2011 12:30

Piles (oh the joy) and Carpel Tunnel Syndrome which has come on in the last few days (am 35+5).

jenga079 · 06/05/2011 12:32

Sleeplessness! The rest I could cope with, in fact enjoy, if I wasn't so blooming tired!

pipoca · 06/05/2011 12:33

indigestion and cankles.

angelsw12 · 06/05/2011 12:39

I am not saying its the worst but it is the most annoying and totally agree with the blocked nose. Every night my nose is completely blocked and I often wake up during the night with a raging thirst from breathing through my mouth. Horrid!

Trinaluce - there is a saline nose spray you can get which is safe and it works (for a short time) have you tried it? I think its called Sterimar.

TheFantasticFixit · 06/05/2011 12:42

Ah - the stuffy nose

For me though, the most utterly pointless thing is the hot rods that rage through my nipples every, oh, five seconds. I SWEAR the pregnancy gods are electrocuting me! Stop it, for the love of pregnancy, STOP IT! IT MAKES ME YELP!

Meglet · 06/05/2011 13:27

Baby hiccups against your bladder. Was very cute for a couple of minutes. That soon wore off when both of my dc's got them daily for weeks. Glad I never have to put up with that again.

grottielottie · 06/05/2011 13:53

Peeing every half hour, and as I'm only 16 weeks I'm dreading it getting worse. Normally I can hold it for hours!

Fluter · 06/05/2011 14:30

Oh it's got to be needing the winch (or OH pushing) to get up from the sofa. And I'm only 15 weeks (but with twins: I ought to add!).

I can't see my back, so the fact that it looks like a dartboard for the first time in 25 years isn't really bothering me.

monkeysausage · 06/05/2011 14:30

Damn thrush is my most annoying symptom. goes off to buy shares in canestan and cider vinegar

onesuzymac · 06/05/2011 15:20

The baby brain. If you want me to sit down and relax, at least leave me able to do the crossword!

nomoreheels · 06/05/2011 15:54

Swollen calves that have, at times, felt like they were going to pop out of my skin. So horrible. Add leg cramps at 3 am to the mix to make it worse.

Swollen feet meaning that I can't wear any enclosed shoes - thank goodness it's warm and I can live in birkies.

Horrible spots.

I got strange headaches in the first trimester when I took a hot shower. A bit like an ice cream headache in reverse.

Fat knees.

Incredibly ugly stretch marks on my poor boobs when they've only gone up a cup size or so. Seriously, I was really proud of them before. I am gutted. I know it's vain, I don't care.

nickelbabe · 06/05/2011 16:01

mine's the tiredness too!
why would a short walk of 10 mins max make me feel like i've climbed a mountain?
(i'm 10+5, and it's like this since the result!)

and the waking in the night and not getting back to sleep! no wonder i'm tired.

oh, the worst one though, is going from normal to RAVENOUS in 30 seconds!

LDNlady · 06/05/2011 16:52

The ONE that annoys me the most? Nah sorry, I have a list! :o
