Felt real low all day, been crying on and off and been in bed since 2 this afternoon. Thank god my friend offered to take my DD home to play with her DD not moved from my bed and dont plan too. to top it off I've had period like pain all day and baby been moving around sooooo much I've not even had chance of a nap!
Plus I've woke up today snotty and head achey, anyone else like me? A big moaning wreck? :(

How are feeling now? I hope you got a chance to rest properly. I'm 39 weeks and have been feeling snotty non stop these past few weeks- it's a nightmare.

I second the crap movie and take away idea. It sounds perfect.

I'm feeling low too - nearly 17 weeks - hit the hormones - not going in to work today - cried all through the week and snapping at the kids in class. Feel crap!! So here is an empathy hug from me!!

Sorry to hear this SavannahRose, you sound really miserable. Do you think you could go for a swim? It's probably the last thing you feel like, but it might loosen up your back and release some endorphins...

I went swimming for the first time in my pregnancy the other day (I am 28 + 1) and felt fantastic afterwards. In the water it was like I was back to my old self:)

Just to reassure you it's actually gone better these past couple of weeks- but I'm not getting much sleep and I have two LOs to run after during the day.

Any chance you could go off for a little walk/shopping trip and maybe go to the cinema or do something like that?

Savannah sorry to hear you feel so rough. I am 34 +2 so nearly edd buddies. I echo the little bit of exercise advice - a short wander to a local cafe, a few minutes feeding ducks, a little swim might all do wonders. FWIW I have felt incredibly down and fluey rough for a couple of weeks but have woken up this morning feeling well again...just like that, havent done anything special, just hormones I guess.
xx

How's your day going Savannah?? I think taking a day off is working for me - done some washing, (the pile had become a mountain!!), have started re-organising my room, want to co-sleep, rung my brother and added a few old cd's into ITunes. Chillin with my bump who is just starting to make it's self know - lots of movement this morning!! Hope your day is picking up :) xx

I'm I a bad mother? I have severe depression and anxiety. One of my passions is cooking. I have a 2 year old boy, and I always cook him a nutritious meal. Today I just couldn't cope. I wanted to go to bed, pull the duvet over my head and hope the world would go away. For lunch I gave him a packet of crisps, some fruit biscuits (apparently one of his 5 a day), a satsuma and a yoghurt. I feel terrible for not feeding him properly. You see all of these mothers on Instagram who are apparently doing much better than you. I try. Am I so bad?
