Are these braxton hicks?

Wondering if anyone can help... I'm nearly 37weeks and had thought I'd not been feeling any BH, but apparently they don't have to be very noticeable. I often get this strange feeling in the lower part of the bump, almost like electricity vibrating through it. Does anyone think this could be BH? I think it's been getting strong over the last few days.

I think that might be it.. I also have a hard time trying to figure out what they're supposed to feel like, but I notice if I've been rather active during the day I'm getting these kind of like shooting pains in my lower bump.. I also sometimes get this tightening feeling especially if I've been dringking rasberry leaf tea.. Oh, I'm 38+4
