Went for a growth scan at 36 weeks yesterday and found out my LO has hardly grown in 6 weeks. Sad

My consultant said that as all the measurements taken on their own merit are OK and because they can't see any problems with the placenta or blood through the cord the it's nothing major, but she still wants to induce me at 38 weeks!

Basically, I'm now feeling completely paranoid about the baby's movements and am totally stressed out about going in to hospital (potentially for a few days) to be induced.

Any advice?

I would want a second opinion, if ll the measurments are ok fr dates, placenta and blood flow fine, then why induce you?

The measurements are not OK for dates, I just meant he is in proportion. (Sorry not to have been more clear).

I suppose I just have no idea what to expect from an induction (DS1 came naturally) and feel like this info that my baby isn't growing properly has come out of nowhere.
