Is panadol advance ok to take in pregnancy?

Ive got a headache and not feeling great.

I'm not sure if I can take it or not?

what does it say on the packet?

It says ask your doctor if pregant, I can't speak to one today so was hoping someone might know on here.
I'm not on any other meds and don't have any other health problems.

I'm also pregnant and it's rubbish not being able to take anything (travel sickness tablets for me in particular)

Not sure what's in Panadol, but if it isn't just paracetamol you probably shouldn't.

I have not taken any pain killers in my pregnancy. But I recall my doctor explicitly telling my at the beginning of my pregnancy I could only take paracetamol... NOTHING else.
