Was due Monday by my dates and had a VE and small sweep last Wed.

I haven't got another appointment till 11th May from last Wed and since the sweep I've been having a show and cramps everyday, them getting bad at night.

I was 1-2 cms at sweep.

I couldn't get an appointment for today at the surestart centre to see MW, do you think i should call the community office (am having HB) and ask them if they could send someone out to see me?

Am totally fed up with SPD and my hips are killing me all night.

My labour started straight away with DD at 39+4 and 3 cms, so i figure after last week if they do another today I might be on my way.

I don't think I can wait till the 11th to ask for another!

Yes, call - the worst they'll do is say no

I know I sound like a wuss but they always seem a bit put out if i ring the office rather than see them at an appointment - might get DH to do it, hahah

I'd call them. The 11th is a long way away IMO. Stuff them if they sound put out, you are borderline in labour they are putting you out.
Hope it goes ok, good luck

Oh I'm sorry to hear that OP. How flaming annoying!
Are you still getting contractions? I'd try some nipple tweaking and sex if it were me.
Hope your labour establishes soon!
