Did I test too early???? Stressed!!!

Hiya everyone!

I need your advice....I am 10dpo with breast tenderness around the side by my armpits (usually get it but not in that area with PMT...anyone else got this?), tiredness and feeling sicky in the morning (that could be in my head!!!!). I tested today and got a negative...am gutted!!

Did I test too early?

Does anyone have any stories like this?

I had really convinced myself I had. My dh works away every week and I can't face talking to my friends about this (I am sure they are fed up of hearing about my ttc stories)...so any advice would be really appreciated.

Hi there- short answer is "possibly". I am 5+3 and had cramps from v shortly post conception. I tested at roughly same time as you as I had a funny feeling I might be pregnant but BFN. Said to myself I'd re-test on day AF was due - got first ever BFP! Confirmed with Clearblue digital.

So fingers crossed for you- suggest re-test on day AF due.

i'd say probably. I'd wait and see tbh. test again in maybe in a few more days when you get no period.

I know how fustrating it is, I sat in the bath in tears about the fact I thought stress was stopping me getting pregnant after another negative but just got a feeling the next day that I was sure I was (really sore boobs in different place from normal) and got lucky. Best of luck - it will happen but patience runs thin. xx

Congratulations on your bfp's!!!!

I didn;t realise I was pregnant for three months! I had bleeding and it was only the morning sickness between 10 and 12 weeks that finally made me do a test!
I'm sure it will happen but try not to read into the symptoms too much! I didn't have any for months!

I know how you feel MrsK. I got sore boobs from about 8 dpo but no other symtons. Like a mad woman i then started testing almost daily with lots of negatives until 2 days before AF was due and it was positive! Have reached 12 weeks today so good luck....i know exactly how you are feeling.

10dpo IS early. I got a positive at 12dpo, however!
