Support belt for exercising

Hello! I would love to hear some advise about what type of support do/did you use for exercising during pregnancy. I tried to search but maybe I am calling it wrongly?!?! I still do some step aerobics (though keeping it low impact) and other forms of exercise and I think I could now do with some extra support for the growing bump (21st week). Many thanks!

I used a really thick elastic maternity support belt that I bought on line (googled to find one) but can't remember where from. It kind of went under the bump and fastened with velcro. I used it with both pregnancies (I ran til 3 weeks before birth both times) and think i helped me feel more comfortable.

I'm sure I saw one in Mothercare the other day....was cream coloured with velcro fastening...but its not on their website. Might be worth calling in? It was next to the caesarian support belts.

This kind of thing...Bump belt

hi, i got quite a few including the one from motherhood for gbp12 and one from carriwell for gbp11. these didn't do anything for me i tied for a few weeks and stopped... i also have bonqui chemise from the usa for usd70 pricey, but the best purchase that i will keep for years. if you are petite, these belts don't really hold much as they are designed for bigger women... you might not need a belt.

The one I used only went under bump and was much more heavyduty than that motercare one - it was also sized ie 10, 12 etc. Just cant remember th name!
