Could anyone share EPI-NO success stories please? I have been doing the exercises for the past 2.5 weeks, but somehow cannot get past the 22 mark on the pressure monitor (about 7 cm)... It is very painful and I am starting to think that perhaps I wasted GBP90 on a balloon.... Maybe I am not doing long enough... Did it work for you? What level did you get to on the EPI-NO pressure monitor, and then did not tear during labour? How long did you do it for daily and for how many weeks? Many thanks!
