35 weeks - nipple discharge has stopped?

I know it might be another of my paranoid concerns but wanted to ask form some advice: I have been having nipple discharge for a while, which usually dried out when I noticed it in the morning. but during the last few days, the discharge/crystalised form seems not there any more. has anybody had similar experience or know the reason for the change? Thanks!

I am 38 weeks now and it has been coming and going since 20 weeks.

When I spoke to my MW she said its one of those things that can happen that way as some ladies dont get it at all until very late on or when in labour so its not a symptom that they look for or monitor at all.
