and it's not even my first! Maybe that's why, that I know what the sleeplessness is like and this time I'll have a 3 yr old too to look after.
Bit scared of birth, although really looking forward to meeting her, just scared of how I'll cope with two. But at the same time so so so keen to stop being pg (37 wks tomorrow, heartburn, swollen fange, sickness, tired, feel enormous etc).
Anyone else?

38+4 with my first. Tired, swollen everything Inc fanjo, major heartburn and feeling huge with a massive fat face! I can't wait to meet my baby. Although I am scared of the birth I have managed to put it in the back if my mind now as otherwise you can drive yourself mad with it. Bring it on little one I'm so ready!

Me too. 35+2 with 2nd and have completely had enough. So tired I am quite literally struggling to stand up. And cacking myself (metaphorically, thankfully) about the homebirth going wrong and ending up in hospital again.

yes, even after losing weight from all the puking I've still managed to get a fat face!

40 + 4 with my second.

I've been expecting it since about 37 weeks when I had loads of labour type symptoms. But now they've all died down.

I never expected to be induced this time (wasn't with my first) ...

are you anaemic breastmilk? Did you have a bad experience first time, hence the HB?
DS was early at 36 wks so I've kind of convinced myself this one will be too, will probably find I'll go overdue/have to be induced etc with this one!

My second is now 11 weeks. I was so massive, tired and miserable at the end of my pg. Then the birth was a doddle (one hour), I feel so much better not pg, and having 2 of them (DD1 is 2), is way easier than I thought.

Take heart!

Thanks Debka, I am more than a little scared of newborn plus 3 yr old and sleepless nights and all that!
