3rd Trimester sickness - normal or am I just being a wuss?

I'm 34 wks, have been feeling iller than I ever felt in earlier stages of my pg, and would like to hear from anyone else experiencing the same to put my mind at rest. I feel very sick 24 hours a day, washed out, headachey and all my joints hurt. Bump has gone extremely tight and hard all the time and I can only walk for a few minutes before I get crampy and need to sit down. The sickness is the worst thing though.
To make it clear, I have had all the blood and urine tests and nothing has been detected. My bp is good and low, my weight is fine, bump is moving around like a mad thing and the MW had no real words of comfort other than 'everything seems fine'. I have not been working hard, doing major physical work or otherwise exerting myself. My first trimester was fine if a little sicky, second was great. Oh and my iron levels are good.
Anyone else going through anything similar or am I just being a wuss?

If it helps I feel similarly rough. I had 24/7 nausea until 5.5 months and it returned at 30 weeks (now at 34). My bump is really hard, I can feel B-H contractions quite strongly and I am shattered.

Like you, all tests seem to be normal, cervix is long and closed and the baby moves well.

Can't say I am enjoying being pregnant and at no stage have I been glowing!!!

Good to hear from you Boo...but obviously sorry you have the same thing. Someone told me yesterday that I was 'definitely glowing' and if I'd had the energy I would have gone for their throat! Hoping you feel better soon x
