Hi, as it says in the subject, please reassure me. Yesterday my mum came to visit and said ooh shes gone really floppy and sounded alarmed! This scared the hell out of me, and yes she does go floppy when shes asleep.

Just fed her and shes completely zonked out and gone floppy.

I'm just a little worried....

My daughter did this kind of thing at a similar age....she was sleepy well fed and having a growth spurt apparently was a wee bit scary at the time though.

If your worried, speak to your midwife but I'm sure everything ok! You wait till their four and their asleep and floppy trying to carry them, it's a nightmare!!!

Is her head dint thing sunken? Does she have a temp? Has she done a nappy recently (in the last 4 hours)? Is she too hot?

If you answer no, no, yes, no. I'd be relaxed about it, yet you know your baby well and if you have feeling she isn't well go to out of hours gp. They never get pissed off seeing babies! My best mate is a doc and told me so herself.
