I know that if your pg it's not recommended you use tiger balm but can you use deep heat or do the same rules apply?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Just checked husband deep heat tube (so to speak ) just says check with Dr if pregnant, sorry not much help.

I've been using tiger balm while pregnant, MW said that it's only not recommended as there's no research into it but it's a personal choice. Best thing to do is look at the ingredients and see if all the individual ingredients are okay to use in pregnancy. For me it was either tiger balm or TENS machine ane the TENS machine isn't recommended before 30 weeks.
