Hi everyone, I am 10 weeks pg with baby no 4 and this time have had awful nausea but also really painful indigestion, it's like sore gas rumbling around in my stomach and really hurts! Has anyone else experienced this and does it go away with the nausea at the end of the first trimester - I've never had this before!

I'm sure it's nothing to worry about - I had really bad 'gas' (mostly belching - charming!) at the beginning, which faded. Now at 36 weeks and back with a vengeance though!

Good luck and congrats.

I had really, really bad gas pains during the first tri, which are a lot better in the second (replaced by heartburn, yay). Best tip is to avoid gassy foods!
