Pregnancy back pain at 25 weeks - has anyone used TENs for this?

I am 25 weeks and I am suffering with terrible lower back ache, it?s currently costing me a fortune in chiropractic treatment. I am trying not take any medication and wondered if anyone has tried TENs to help back pain ?

I used a 2 pad one before I was pregnant but my birth one with 4 pads specifically says do not use before 37 weeks on it.

Sorry that does t help much but I found a micro wheat bag useful to sooth the aches.

I was told by a midwife not to use a TENS before 37 weeks.

I may ask my midwife but from the sounds of things I won't be able to use TENs yet.

hi, ive read in quite a few places not 2 use tens until nearer the end of pregnancy, i shall be bugging dh 2 start giviing me lower back massages tho! (22weeks 2day)
