False Unicorn Root - anyone ever used this?

I am currently 34 weeks pg and after a few full on sessions of contracting, I've been offered false unicorn root by my mw should it happen again. Has anyone else used this? I'd love your stories good or bad as I've not taken it yet (I'm just sitting very, very still).

Don't tell me to go to DAU, I am being very well looked after by my mw and have a plan in place should I feel that birth is immanent.

FWIW this is DC4 and I do know the difference between BH and the real deal :)

An update, if anyone's interested. I took 5 drops on Friday morning and all cramping had ceased by Friday afternoon and I was able to sleep. I'd say the effects lasted until this afternoon - so 48 hours relief?

I've taken a second 5 drop dose this evening. I don't care if it's psychosomatic - I feel better already :)
