Just noticed this is on in May. Anyone been before/going? Was it worth it? Thinking might be good place to get bargain pram but then what about after sales?

went to the one in London. Good if its your first baby as you do get to see a lot of prams all in one place which can be difficult otherwise. Try not to be taken in by all the marketing and "you MUST have this" type of thing. The show offers aren't always that great and most retailers will match them if you ask anyway. Remember that shops will be open AFTER you have the baby and you might see things that other new mums have that you realise are better than what you bought pre-birth. I did that a lot with DS1 - different sling, seat etc as you don't realise until you have the baby what you really want / need.

We got a couple of really good deals, having gone with the intention of looking only really. BUT one company has messed us around since, with the result that we still have not received furniture that we should have had over six weeks ago. (The other stuff arrived without a problem.) So we are now in that position where we're thinking 'why didn't we pay £200 more and go to John Lewis?!'. The baby will probably arrive first now. But then I don't think that's too unusual in the world of baby supplies.

We did see lots of products that were interesting, and it did save a lot of schlepping around at weekends, so I'd recommend it for an interesting day out. I also bought a birth-to-potty reusable nappy kit; I'd been driving myself crazy about which to get, and being able to feel and compare a few different brands meant I finally made a decision, which was a big relief.
