Can't take the heat

I'm 12 weeks and seem to be suffering from heat rash with horrible spots on my arms, back, chest and stomach. I normally love the sunshine but can't seem to take the heat. Is this common? Any tips?

no help to you at all, but i suffered terribly with hot flushes from 8-16 weeks, they are better now at 24 weeks but too much heat makes me puke. I also thought I would get a tan quicker and I swear I look paler than ever

I'd say you may be better off keeping out of the strongest sun (11am-3pm) if you can manage it and remeber to drink plenty, ideally water. Not much you can do for heat rash other than try to wear loose, cotton clothing. I walked around naked a lot (at home!) when I was pregnant :)
