Sharp internal pain in private parts?

Hi All
Has anyone else experienced sharp vaginal pain during their pregnancy. I am 33 weeks and have been getting really stron internal pain up there for about a week. It comes and gos and lasts only a few seconds but is so sharp it stops me in my tracks. This is my 2nd baby and I didn't experience this before. Anyone any ideas on what it could be - Braxton hicks maybe? it feel a bit like baby is trying to push herself out!

Hiya I had this in pregnancy, I think it's due weight of the baby pressing on a nerve, I had it alot with my twins who were both head down from 28 weeks and would push down together ouch!

I have this too, doctor said it was a combo of babys head position and slight SPD which feels like it's actually 'up there'. All she suggested was physio but here it's not worth even trying to get an appointment

Yep feels like someone is shoving a knitting needle up there v painful, makes me gasp and catch my breath! had it with all three pg! ah the joys! x
