hi ladies, does anyone have any story's of epo, have read it's best taken orally from 34w then a capsule internally from 36w aswell as perenial massage with it.just looking for any story's of it's use good or bad before I decide to use it!

I haven't tried it yet, as I had some reservations regarding it's safety...but I think I am going to try one internally tonight before I go to bed, rather than orally (as I have found some research conducted by the NHS that worried me about taking it orally during pregnancy).

I will keep you posted and let you know if it has any effect, I am due on Saturday and have already had a bit of 'a show', so let's see if it speeds things up!
