Gift ideas for new baby and ommy to send abroad

My best feiend just gave birth yesterday to a little girl and i was hoping for some inspiration as to what i could send over to her? She lives in New Zealand now. Thanks

Mmmmm! How about something computer based? Itunes do all the Baby Mozart ect cd as downloads - maybe you could gift her some of these electronically!! She would get them straight away - no posting off ect?

Does Amazon work in New Zealand? If so does she have a wish list on it that you could look at?

I have a programme called Living Time. You record all the life events that happen and it categorises everything - I have a terrible memory for things in the past and this has helped me out loads - I intend to start one off my LO so there will be a continuous record.

Sophie the giraffe toys for baby via Amazon, or some light clothes, its strange I always send Next clothes to people who live away and they love them especially for baby girls. For friend if you are going down Amazon route some Burts Bees goodies - much cheaper on Amazon than in shops here!!
