sheepskin liners??

Are sheepskin liners any good in the summer or do they make the baby sweat? I saw one in john Lewis the other day and was thinking of using it on my bugaboo bee, rather than the cocoon I bought, as I am now thinking that it is going to be too hot for my baby due in 2 weeks. Want to have some extra padding on the pushchair though?

Apparently real sheepskin does not promote sweating, far from it as it is supposed to having cooling properties but dont ask me why. Acrylic ones probably would. I have a real one and intend to use it during the summer.

i had a real sheepskin one for one (tho it possibly lasted for both) of our little uns, looked nice and felt nice. i feel it would have felt nicer on his skin in the summer than the seat of the pushchair. not too hot at all

They're lovely! I used one all through the summer in DS2's carseat as he rubbed the back of his head raw Sad

It worked a treat and I never remember him being too hot.

I had a Bowron one and it's fab, washes beautifully. A second one is on my shopping list before my twins arrive!
