Hi all

Just want reassurance that this is normal I guess. I haven't had morning sickness, so to speak, but general nausea throughout the day which peaks in the mornings and in the evenings (joy!). But nearly ALL the time I am feeling lightheaded and dizzy.. is anyone else feeling like this?

I was exactly like that - turns out I'm having twins!

Ohmygoodness; twins are in my family...

Big congratulations to you Silverangel. You must be over the moon!

Me two re twins - but I also have a very low blood pressure that can have the same effect.

lolajane2009 · 18/04/2011 17:16

I had this and it wasnt twins... in my case it was lack of food.

Jill72 · 18/04/2011 18:14

I was very dizzy - felt like a bad hangover - all gone now (week 14)

TurtlesAreRetroRight · 18/04/2011 18:16

Yup me too. No twins. Just low blood pressure.

But get checked out just in case your iron levels need sorting. Could even be unrelated, labyrinthitis for example.

Cattleprod · 18/04/2011 18:20

Yes, I couldn't stand up without seeing stars!! A few days of eating regular, good food, drinking more fluid and having more red meat and Spatone to top up my iron levels, as well as getting plenty of rest, and I felt much better.

I had general nausea throughout the day for over a month, and did have two weeks of feeling very weak and dizzy because I wasn't eating enough... Make sure you drink water and have regular small snacks even if that's all you can cope with! I lost half a stone but it all picks up again later... I've nearly fainted a number of occasions too, that's coz I have low blood pressure
