Possible braxon hicks?

i'm not sure if this is or not, but have noticed it for a couple of weeks now when I walk about (read that as rush to be fair like I used to pre pg).

I get a tightening/pain not a horrid pain but an uncomfortableness across my bump - around the belly button area. if I slow down it does ease off, however then i'm at a snails pace. (literally think child dawdaling) are these braxton hicks or is it me being terribly unfit and in need of my walking at the gym again? seems to only be at this time and no other.

(also I feel really heavy and very full at this time) - however am only 21+6 so only just half way - and about half the size I will end up lol. Never had this with DS that I remember. Any thoughts?

Yes sounds like BH contractions. Bump should go tight and hard, then release after a minute or so. They are often worse when walking/exercising...You can start to feel them any time from around 20 wks, though in subsequent pregnancies you may start to notice them earlier than that.

They are completely normal, your uterus is just practising for d day!

thanks girls - go they get more painful? thinking about it it's the same thing I have during sex with DP - always thought that was due to the bump getting squished thou. Blush
