I had itchy boobs all the way through as the skin stretched, along with itchy stomach. Still do, 7 months later. Wasn't hot or painful though.

Moisturisation helped. Lots and lots of moisturiser.

I remember having slightly painful, itchy breasts but if they are really hot, inflamed and really painful you might have a breast infection such as mastitis (I had this aged 15 so you can have mastitis even if you are not breastfeeding).

Found a good article here which is positive about breastfeeding with implants.

No implants sorry. From what I can tell on a quick google its probably not related, unless the implants are leaking. In which case you would be better to get a plastic surgeon's advice.

Itchy breasts are pretty common in pregnancy though, changing hormones and stretching skin are usually the culprits. If your GP has ruled out any kind of dermatitis or local infection and everything else is ok with your pregnancy then I would just try lots of e45 or similar.

Dont scratch yourself to bits as I did.
