Owwww my head

I'm 8+6 and my head is killing me, just over one eye and down the side of my face. Had it all day, reminds me of a hangover headache... Can I take anything for it?

paracetamol is pretty much the only thing you can take I think. Other than that, you might try upping your fluid intake? Might work.

Midwife today said Paracetomol is fine.

If it's any consolation, it's a progesterone headache, and although nasty is a good sign all is well. You'll get them very late pregnancy too. Enjoy xxx
