Pain in hips, bum and lower abdo....shoulders aching too 32 weeks tomoz PLEASE HELP!!

Been having these pains all afternoon but starting to feel a bit funny now. Dizzy, goose-pimpley, and sick......Try to do a poo sorry if TMI but thought thats what the tummy pain was but already been today.

Any ideas on what it is?

dont think a weird all over is too unusual. Might be baby going head down, sounds like it to me. I had this with both of mine.
Rest up now, get OH to feed you etc. If it doesn't go or gets worse then call midwife team at hosp. Tel no will be in your notes.
Keep eye on baby movements is it diff? After food etc?
If you are really worried, call now. Don't worry what they think. Explain you want some reasssurance
