I have just heard this and i am quite shocked, it has made me really laugh, surely this can not be true???

The girls in the office want me to ask one just to see what they say!

Probably is, there are some very strange old laws out there that have never been challanged so never been removed as such.

It would have to be a supervised wee though incase you try to make off with his helmet.

Isn't there also a code of conduct that the Police must wear their helmet at all times in public whilst not in a car! If this is true would make it much more fun but I depend how desperate you are as to whether you find it amusing trying to wee in something that someone can't remove from their head.

I expect the policeman in question would probably find you a loo quick smart! Plus not many of them wear those helmets any more do they? Would be fun to see what they say though!
