Please help. Need advice on Pregnacare

On the box it says that they should be taken after a main meal, so I have been having one after dinner in the evening (most nights!). The only problem is I now get VERY bad sickness at night and can keep nothing down that I have eaten during the evening, probably including Pregnacare.

Does anyone have any other advice for taking it? I've heard some people here say they take theirs to work. Do you have it with lunch? Not sure what to do.

I have mine with breakfast - it's one of my three main meals, probably eat around the same amount as dinner.

I have mine in the morning too, did in last PG too. I think you just need not to take them on an empty stomach.

I couldn't stomach Pregnacare while I was having morning sickness, and had just straight folic acid tablets to avoid this problem.

i had HG.

I could Not take pregnacare at any time if the day, i always vomited it.
I switched to plain boring folic acid, (but along with everything i ate drank, normally vomited that too)

I stopped taking any supplements at 9 weeks. (trying to take it was dehydrating me and id already been in hospital)

My midwives were not at all concerned as id had it 5 months before getting pregnant and about the 1st 8 weeks of pregnancy.

If you have taken it for months i wouldnt worry too much.

Also, even though i normally eat a super healthy diet, in the 1st trimester i hardly ate anything even remotely healthy... went days without any fruit / veg in any form at all, so i wasnt have a healthy diet to compensate either.
Drs / midwives really couldnt have cared less and stressed baby will be fine

I have HG in both pgs too. Like nannyl I couldn't keep any supplements down during first trimester. In hospital they gave me Thiamine (Vit B1) tablets which were big, stinky, and made me gag at best, vom at worst. I barely ate a thing for weeks, lost 1.5 stone. DS was fine, docs not concerned about DC2 (I am 12 weeks pg) either.
