ERPC after 3csections and future fertility

I have 3 dcs. Miscarried at 7 weeks. Wasn't aware until 9- when bleeding started. Retained tissue will be removed this Friday via ERPC. Worried whether we will be able to ttc again for our longed for final baby. All advice welcome. Will post in pregnancy, conception and miscarriage threads. Is there anything I should be requesting to maintain fertility, e.g. Like antibiotics, etc. The sac is tiny. Is there any possibility that it will expel by itself, or does it need to be removed surgically? Or is it detrimental to my fertility to leave it there, for nature to take it's course? Bleeding stopped now completely. Started to miscarry three weeks ago. TIA

Hi, so Sorry for your loss, I'm no expert but I don't think the ERPC should affect your fertility. I've had 1 CS, an ERPC and am now 24 weeks pregnant. I got pg about 4 months after the ERPC. It might be worth having a discussion about your concerns with your hosiptal.

Take care of yourself
