I just cannnot get comfortable at night. It annoys me even more when dp falls asleep before my head even hits the pillow! when i do fall asleep im not in a deep sleep and wake up very easily and then im back to square one of trying to get comfortable. It doesnt really help that ive been getting this awful backpain thats sore in certain positions and sore to walk. feels like my back cant hold my weight!?

Anyways I cant afford to be exhausted as I have 3 other children to run around after, housework to keep on top of and a full time course to go to.

I bought the dream genie pillow and it was expensive £45 which is totally ridiculous BUT like you after having several nights tearing my hair out i would have paid a million pounds for something that would help. It has really helped me - i have mild spd and could not lie on my side at all with pilllow i can. Has also helped my discomfor during the day. I have been told that the cheapies are just as good but i was not taking any chances! good luck!
