I didn't wearr mine at night - my skin needed a rest.

I would take it off after I got into bed and put it back on before I got up. I slept in silky pj's on top of a sliding sheet (like they use in hospitals) - it was the only way I could roll over!

oh don't talk about the rolling over! What with that and the re arranging of pillows!! luckily dh is a heavy sleeper. I've taken mine off now as it does dig in a bit but i can't believe what a difference it makes def putting on as soon as i get up in morning. Thanks.

Hi I started with SPD around 24 weeks ish, saw physio and they gave me a belt to wear, except for sleeping, and sitting around in, after the fitting it was like being put back together again. I stand a lot in my job in the NHS I work in theatre, and I have worked up to three weeks before my due date which I did not initailly think I would manage and now I am not wearing it at all. Great tip with the silky pjs helps you move easy in bed too - totally agree with that hint. Good luck
